Creamy pasta with veggies

 You need:

1 bag of pasta- I like to use rotini for this.

4 cups water

1/4 cup Earth Balance or similar

1 bag frozen veggies

2 tbs nutritional yeast

salt to taste

Italian herb mis to taste


Put it all in a nice big pot. 

Put on the lid. 

Bring it to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and let it simmer. Stir once in a while. Once it is all hot and creamy you can serve it up.
